How Callisto Associates works With clients
Our work falls into two strands, depending on whether the business needs senior operational judgement or managed delivery. Some clients need both, but not always at the same time.

I work directly with founders and CEOs when growth has moved ahead of the way the business is organised. We look at how decisions are made, where responsibility sits, and why pressure keeps returning to the owner.
This often leads into focused implementation work, putting clearer structures and workable routines in place so the business can operate with less reliance on informal knowledge or constant founder involvement.

The Callisto team supports growth-focused businesses with practical delivery across areas such as communications, research, outreach, awards work and operational follow-through.
The work is scoped clearly and managed carefully, so useful activity keeps moving without the owner having to carry every detail. Where technology offers efficiency, we use it sensibly, but the judgement remains human.
